The Role
Specifically, the successful jobholder will be required to:

Oversee the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives with a focus on growing business volumes, customer base, and income.

Develop models to increase the organisation’s market share and conduct regular performance reviews of products and services.

Develop and implement initiatives for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and building new relationships that guarantee business growth.

Work with service providers to develop appropriate designs and artwork for company marketing materials.
-
Drive marketing initiatives across various media and advertisement channels.
-
Carry out market intelligence and research to identify COBSS’s needs and develop responsive products.

Ensure thorough cost management and continually benchmark against market competition to adopt best practices for new business.

Champion and deliver world-class customer service within the company’s Service Level Agreements.
Skills, Competencies and Experience
The successful candidate will be required to have the following qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field from a recognised university, with at least three years’ experience in sales and marketing, management, customer service, or related roles.

Computer literate with thorough knowledge of various banking products.

Excellent communicator with strong analytical and presentation skills; ability to work effectively in a diverse and collaborative team environment.

Results-driven with a demonstrated track record in networking, selling, and influencing, as well as the ability to identify new opportunities.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term, high-quality, and trusted relationships.
