The DFS Manager will drive the implementation of BKCL digital strategies and action plans to increase outreach, deliver a superior customer experience, increase organizational efficiency, and find the right balance between tech and touch for BKCL customers. Key responsibilities include: DFS Strategy and Innovation (providing strategic input, conducting market assessments, refining DFS strategy); Digital Processes, Channels and Products (designing, testing, refining and implementing DFS projects, developing functional requirements, monitoring project progress, designing training programs); Market and Ecosystem Intelligence (keeping watch on digital technologies); and Safeguarding Responsibilities (ensuring team safety and promoting safeguarding policies).
