Loan Officer at Progressive Credit

**Role Description **

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Officer based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, conducting credit assessments, underwriting loans, and ensuring compliance with lending policies. The role also involves building strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service throughout the loan process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Loan Officer will collaborate with other team members to ensure timely loan disbursement and effective portfolio management.

**Qualifications **

• Experience in Microfinance Lending.

• Knowledge in Finance and familiarity with credit analysis

• Customer Service skills with a focus on effective communication and relationship management

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Proficiency in financial and lending software tools is an advantage

• Diploma in Finance, Business, Economics,

• Previous experience as a Loan Officer preferred
