We are looking for a motivated full-time Customer Success Specialist to deliver exceptional support to clients, address their concerns, and ensure satisfaction with our software and services. The role also involves client engagement and education. RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues. Collaborate with the support, sales, and product teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions. Own and manage customer relationships from onboarding through ongoing engagement. Create and update training materials and documentation for clients. Guide new clients through structured onboarding and ensure successful system adoption. Other duties as assigned. We seek a highly motivated Marketing and Branding Expert. you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital strategies to drive high-quality leads, increase our sales pipeline volume, and strengthen our brand's market presence. RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across key channels. Guide storytelling around product features, customer success stories, and market impact. Develop creative marketing content and materials. Use digital marketing tools such as email marketing, social media, and content marketing to drive lead generation. Continuously monitor lead generation metrics and campaign performance and provide detailed reports with actionable insights. Provide expert marketing support for cross- functional initiatives.
