Phase 1: The Training Program (Months 1–12)

Phase 2: The Goal — Your Permanent Destination Role

The Sales Consultant Track
- Destination Role: Sales Consultant * The Mission: Drive business growth by identifying, pursuing, and developing new business opportunities from existing and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upselling and cross-selling our full range of pest and hygiene services; closing sales by articulating solutions effectively; demonstrating superior value over competitors; and building lasting relationships to retain clients while monitoring market intelligence.
