Key responsibilities: Actively engage walk-in customers and promote products. Drive daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain product visibility and displays. Provide accurate product knowledge to customers. Work closely with store teams to maximize sales opportunities. Qualifications & requirements: Strong communication and customer engagement skills. Self-driven and target-oriented. Presentable, and reliable. Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment. What we are looking for: Individuals who can deliver results, not just presence. Passion for sales and customer interaction. Previous experience in sales, beauty, skincare, or retail is an added advantage. Availability to work full-time in assigned stores.
