Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ HR experience in microfinance or microcredit sector (mandatory). Higher Diploma in HRM / CHRP certification (mandatory). Registered Member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
