This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a Senior Officer. Duties and responsibilities will entail: verifying information relating to recruitment, appointments, promotions, transfers and human resource management information systems; processing cases for the County Human Resource Management Advisory Committee; assisting in Implementation of human resource management decisions within existing rules, regulations and procedures; and supervising and guiding clerical staff in the Division/Section.
