To support strengthening our people, brand, and operations through effective HR practices, impactful marketing initiatives, and efficient administrative support that enhances productivity and drives business growth. Responsibilities include: Human Resources - Lead the entire HR initiatives, drive end-to-end recruitment processes including onboarding, develop and coordinate Learning agenda, support performance management processes, support organizational development initiatives, maintain compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Marketing, Social Media & Communication - Support product positioning initiatives, manage the company’s social media platforms and website, ensure all communication reflects consistent corporate messaging, assist in developing marketing materials, collect and analyze marketing data, coordinate marketing activities and company events. Administrative Duties - Support the General Manager with scheduling and operational tasks, coordinate travel bookings and logistics, manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
