We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR & Culture team and gain practical exposure in a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment processes (shortlisting, interview scheduling, candidate communication), Support onboarding and employee documentation, Maintain and organize employee files (physical and digital), Assist with leave tracking and HR data management, Support payroll preparation documentation, Participate in employee engagement initiatives, Provide general administrative support to the HR department. Qualifications: Recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field, Basic understanding of HR principles, Good communication and interpersonal skills, High level of confidentiality and integrity, Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Organized, proactive and willing to learn.
