The Human Resource Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource function by providing administrative, coordination, and record-keeping support. The role will assist with current urgent recruitment processes, employee records management, onboarding of new staff, HR audits, staff welfare coordination, and ensuring HR compliance in line with MESPT policies and applicable labour laws. The position contributes to efficient HR service delivery while maintaining accurate and confidential employee information. Key Responsibilities include: Recruitment & Onboarding Support, HR Records Management, Payroll & Benefits Administration, Performance Management & Training Support, Staff Welfare & Employee Relations, HR Administration, Compliance & Policy Support, and other HR-related duties as assigned.
