We seek to hire highly skilled and experienced HR Generalists with a passion for consulting and a strong track record in supporting SMEs. Join our dynamic team as an HR Account Manager. This role is responsible for providing expert guidance and support in all human resources areas. Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Execute on agreed client HR deliverables 2. Manage and meet client expectations 3. Interpret overall business strategy objectives into HR deliverables 4. Provide innovative solutions to client’s HR needs and gaps 5. Support managers within client businesses with their people needs 6. Support the hiring manager in the recruitment and selection processes 7. Understand roles, review JDs and advise clients accordingly 8. Support client in end-end performance management- goal setting/KPI formulation, performance tracking and evaluations , PIPs etc 9. Create and implement robust onboarding and orientation systems 10. Review Client HR handbooks and policies to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant 11. Write HR manuals/ handbooks and policies where necessary 12. Advise the company on employee disciplinary matters and sit in hearings 13. Coordinate employee exit processes and procedures 14. In charge of HR Admin and HR documentation; preparation of Jds, contracts etc 15. Participate in company culture development 16. Accurately manage payroll systems where necessary. Required specifications: 1. At least 5 years of work experience in a busy SME 2. Experience in a HR Consulting Agency and accounts management 3. Mandatory experience performance management system 4. A Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or a related field 5. Relevant HR Qualification and Registration 6. Ability to quickly grasp concepts and translate facts and data into solutions 7. Able to manage client needs and expectations by providing innovative solutions 8. Willingness to learn and a love for reading 9. Thorough understanding of the Kenya labour laws 10. High emotional intelligence and personable 11. Must have excellent people skills
