The Hotel Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day hotel operations to ensure exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. The role requires a proactive leader who can supervise staff, maintain service standards, and support management in achieving the hotel’s operational and customer experience goals. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage services. Ensure high standards of customer service and promptly address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Lead, motivate, and coordinate hotel staff to deliver consistent and quality service. Monitor staff attendance, performance, and adherence to hotel policies and procedures. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times. Support training and onboarding of new staff to improve service delivery and teamwork. Assist in inventory control and proper use of hotel resources. Identify operational challenges and proactively recommend improvements. Prepare basic reports and provide regular feedback to hotel management. Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the hotel or hospitality industry. Demonstrated experience in service delivery and customer care. Strong leadership and team supervision skills. Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
