Head of Programmes (Social Action and Advocacy)

CITAM Seeks to recruit a born-again Christian who is experienced and self-motivated to fill the position of Head of Programmes. He/she shall provide strategic and spiritual leadership to the Social Action (SAA) Unit, ensuring alignment with the Vision & Mission of Christ Is The Answer Ministries while advancing Christ-centered community transformation. The position reports to the Director for Administration. Key duties and responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Institutional Positioning, Policy Development & Governance, Programmes Development & Implementation, Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement, Resource Mobilization & Donor Engagement, Financial Stewardship & Accountability, Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting, Team Leadership & Organizational Development.
