Lead the development and implementation of innovative curriculum and teaching strategies for the IGCSE program (and possibly A Level) for Maths and Physics. Overseeing assessment and examination processes. Monitor, evaluate and provide guidance and support to teaching staff. Facilitate professional development opportunities. Teaching Maths (and ideally Physics) as relevant (maximum 20 contact hours per week). Class tutor. Review and enhance the IGCSE timetable and continuity of provision throughout the school. Monitor and track student progress and implement interventions as necessary. Collaborate with school management to align the IGCSE program with the school’s strategic goals. Foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and continuous improvement within the academic staff and student body.
