he audit department, ensuring high standards of audit quality and compliance. Oversee planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements. Review audit working papers, reports, and financial statements. Ensure compliance with auditing standards, regulations, and professional guidelines. Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for key audit clients. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to audit teams. Identify risks and provide recommendations to clients for improvement. Support business development through client acquisition and retention. Coordinate with tax and advisory teams for integrated service delivery. Ensure timely delivery of audit assignments within budget. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA(K) / ACCA qualification (mandatory). Membership with Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) in good standing. Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in audit, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
