The Handyman will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the organization’s premises to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained working environment. Roles and responsibilities: Perform carpentry works including making, repairing, and installing furniture, doors, and windows. Carry out plumbing installations and repairs. Undertake flooring works and minor masonry tasks. Conduct painting works and surface finishing as needed. Repair and replace general hardware and fixtures. Support basic electrical repairs and wiring tasks. Troubleshoot and perform general building maintenance tasks. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff. Inspect premises regularly to identify and resolve maintenance issues. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Prepare basic maintenance reports when required.
