We are hiring on behalf of our client, one of the leading restaurant brands in Nairobi with multiple branches, for an experienced and highly organized Restaurant Manager.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, operational management, and customer service skills with the ability to oversee restaurant operations, drive team performance, and maintain high service standards within a busy restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations across assigned branch/shiftÂ
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfactionÂ
Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff and departmental activitiesÂ
Monitor sales performance, costs, and operational efficiencyÂ
Manage staff scheduling, discipline, and performanceÂ
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and operational proceduresÂ
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionallyÂ
Monitor stock control, inventory usage, and wastage managementÂ
Prepare operational and performance reports for managementÂ
Support business growth and branch performance initiativesÂ
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or related fieldÂ
Minimum 5 years of continuous experience in a busy restaurant environmentÂ
Proven experience in restaurant operations and team managementÂ
Strong leadership and communication skillsÂ
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilitiesÂ
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational demandsÂ
Knowledge of hospitality standards and food safety regulationsÂ

The ideal candidate should be experienced in supervising restaurant operations during assigned shifts while ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and proper staff coordination within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise restaurant staff during assigned shiftsÂ
Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations and service deliveryÂ
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performanceÂ
Support customer service and resolve customer concerns promptlyÂ
Ensure compliance with hygiene and operational standardsÂ
Coordinate food service and communication between departmentsÂ
Assist in stock monitoring and operational reportingÂ
Support implementation of company procedures and service standardsÂ
Train and guide junior staff where necessaryÂ
Requirements & Qualifications
