DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily beverage stock take from the outlet and verifying whether the sales from the POS do tally with the items sold. Assisting the Head F&B controller in all his tasks. Prepare daily food and beverage report and ensure that they are within the budget. • Check and ensure that no item is issued out from the store without requisition approved by the H.O.D Do surprise sport checks from all the F&B outlets Check and verify voids, discounts and complimentary from the POS and ensure there is no pending bill Conference and function billing and also do follow up of the function to ensure all procedures are followed Controlling the Events and Conference numbers to ensure all revenue is charged. Random check of menu prices and POS price do match whenever there is price change Participate in inventory stock taking and prepare variance analysis for the same Performing any other duty assigned from time to time. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Hotel Management. Minimum 4 years’ experience in F&B cost control in a hotel or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of inventory systems, POS, and financial reporting. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Strong attention to detail and integrity. Proficiency in MS Excel and hotel management systems (e.g., Micros, Opera, Material Control).
