Responsibilities include financial leadership and reporting, overseeing consolidated financial reporting, leading monthly and annual reporting cycles, serving as headquarters for regional operations in East Africa, designing and driving process improvements, establishing internal controls and compliance, leading budgeting and forecasting, managing accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and working with logistics on manufacturing costs. Knowledge and experience required: Professional accounting designation CPA, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, at least 7 years' experience in a similar role, mastery of IT tools and accounting systems, expertise in manufacturing environment, experience with integrated information systems (ERP).
