Support accounts payable and receivable functions. Assist with preparation of payment schedules, and expense tracking. Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems. Assist with bank reconciliations. Support preparation of monthly financial reports. Payroll Administration: Assist in processing monthly payroll for staff and site workers. Prepare payroll schedules, overtime calculations, and statutory deductions (PAYE, NSSF, SHIF & Housing). Ensure timely and accurate statutory remittances. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years experience in finance, payroll, or administration. Experience in the Construction industry is an added advantage. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Strong numerical and analytical skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Strong organizational & communication skills.
