Duties and responsibilities: Recruit new customers by demonstrating our new stove and fuel product in group settings; Help customers understand their monthly spending on cooking energy and demonstrate how our product saves them money; Train new customers how to use the stove in their home, giving them tips so they better enjoy the cooking experience; Develop excellent long term customer relationships through superior customer service and follow-up to both new and existing customers; Prioritize all customers by responding to their questions in a friendly and professional way that makes them feel valued; Record all customer sales and interactions in the company’s database. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A diploma also accepted; Proven experience in sales, preferably in a subscription-based or renewable energy industry; A commitment to excellent customer customer service.
