The Field Officer – Career Coach will support the operational and technical implementation of all Result 2 activities and deliverables. Key Responsibilities include supporting the proper execution of all Result 2 activities, supporting the recruitment of 400+ (5% PWD) women for new curricula trainings, supporting the piloting and implementation of NITA new teaching curricula for domestic workers and corporate support services, monitoring progress on beneficiaries training, job insertion, digitalization and awareness activities, facilitating access to project services, monitoring and reporting on training conduction, supporting MEAL tools and frameworks, and assisting the HQ Office with crosscutting tasks.
