Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or any other relevant field. At least three (3) years of working experience in a similar role. Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems). Desirable competencies: Strong leadership and organizational skills, Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, Analytical thinking and decision-making, Basic Financial and budgeting skills, Knowledge of healthcare laws and ethical standards, Crisis management and problem-solving capabilities.
