Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including guest cottages/tents, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house areas. Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping teams at both properties, ensuring high morale and performance standards. Develop and maintain SOPs aligned with world-best hospitality standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and consistent guest experience. Manage housekeeping budgets, stock control, procurement of cleaning supplies, linen, and amenities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental sustainability standards. Coordinate closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and F&B to ensure seamless operations. Prepare monthly departmental reports and manage staff scheduling and performance reviews.
