The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that the University’s policies, procedures, and operations comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and governance requirements, while embedding a strong risk management culture across the University. Duties include monitoring adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks, conducting compliance risk assessments, guiding risk owners on conformance testing, supporting internal audit readiness, facilitating staff training, maintaining policy registers, developing risk management policies, promoting risk management understanding, advising on risk methodologies, analyzing management information, assessing risk culture, ensuring efficient risk reporting, and building productive stakeholder relationships.
