While the Program Director holds overall programme accountability, the Engagement Delivery Lead is the primary on-the-ground delivery manager - managing teams, tracking delivery against plan, protecting scope, and maintaining the quality of KPMG's work on active client engagements. This role is the most operationally intensive delivery role in Block C and is central to KPMG T&I's ability to scale delivery volumes without margin erosion. Academic/ Professional qualifications and Experience: Relevant degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile (SAFe, Scrum Master) certification preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 4 years managing engagements in a consulting or systems integration context. Demonstrated experience managing technology delivery teams across cloud, platform, cybersecurity, or data and AI domains. Strong financial tracking capability - experience managing engagement-level budgets and forecasting.
