We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketer to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate should be an all-round digital marketing professional capable of handling multiple marketing channels including social media, content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and analytics. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy - Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Identify new opportunities to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Social Media Management - Manage company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.). Plan and schedule engaging content calendars. Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries. Content Marketing - Create and manage blog posts, website content, and marketing materials. Coordinate graphics, videos, and promotional content. Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - Optimize website content for search engines. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies. Monitor rankings, backlinks, and website performance. Paid Advertising - Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI. Manage advertising budgets effectively. Email Marketing - Create and manage email campaigns and newsletters. Segment audiences and analyze campaign performance. Optimize open rates and conversions. Analytics & Reporting - Track and analyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics. Prepare monthly marketing performance reports. Use data insights to improve marketing campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management. Strong knowledge of: SEO, Social media marketing, PPC advertising, Email marketing, Content marketing. Experience with tools such as: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Basic graphic design and video editing skills. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
