Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities **
Content Creation and Management
Assist in the creation and scheduling of digital content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
Manage content calendars to ensure timely publication and content updates.
Performance Management and Development
Complete professional development activities and apply new knowledge to improve content creation and management.
Meet performance standards as outlined in the company’s KPI document.
Collaborate with various departments to enhance overall service delivery.
Research and Analysis
Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform and refine content strategies.
Analyze content performance metrics and prepare reports that track the effectiveness of content initiatives.
Social Media Management
Support the management and engagement of the company's social media channels, ensuring consistent brand presence.
Monitor social media conversations and trends to inform content strategies and improve audience engagement.
Assist in developing social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
SEO and Digital Marketing
Learn and apply basic SEO techniques to improve content visibility and ranking on search engines.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support email marketing, paid advertising, and other digital marketing efforts.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic design, IT, and customer service, to ensure cohesive content delivery across platforms.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas and strategies.
Industry Awareness and Innovation
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain best practices in digital content.
Continuously expand knowledge of digital content trends and advancements to drive innovative content strategies.
Any other responsibilities as outlined by your Supervisor and Management
Requirements
2+ years experience in digital content creation, with a strong focus on videography
Proven ability to shoot and edit engaging short-form video content
Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut)
Strong understanding of TikTok, YouTube, X and content trends
Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles
Experience working with CRM systems and managing data accuracy
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
Experience E-commerce and Logistics industries.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush or similar tools
