Plan International is seeking a Deployment Coordinator to ensure rapid, well‑organised, and compliant surge deployments across our global humanitarian portfolio. The role involves managing the full deployment cycle for surge staff supporting humanitarian responses, acting as the central link between country teams, technical rosters, HR, Finance and travel partners. Responsibilities include managing the global deployment tracker and request system, coordinating the end‑to‑end deployment process, arranging travel and accommodation, maintaining accurate deployment records, providing onboarding materials, supporting roster recruitment, monitoring roster availability, overseeing recharge processes and deployment costing, implementing scheduling systems, collating travel data, and ensuring compliance with Safeguarding, Gender Equality and Inclusion policies.
