Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, review, and maintain data collection tools and databases (ODK, REDCap, Epi Info, Excel, and other web- and mobile-based platforms). Develop and implement study protocols, SOPs, and Data Management Plans (DMPs), ensuring strict adherence and regulatory compliance. Oversee data collection, entry, cleaning, validation, secure storage, and discrepancy resolution to ensure accuracy, completeness, integrity, and confidentiality. Develop comprehensive Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) and apply advanced statistical methods to analyze longitudinal, cohort, and multilevel datasets, grounded in sound statistical theory. Select, justify, and interpret appropriate analytical approaches to ensure scientific rigor and validity of findings. Ensure robust data governance and compliance with the Data Protection Act and institutional policies, including backups, security controls, and restricted access. Generate dashboards and analytical reports (Power BI, Tableau, Excel); contribute to CRF design, database creation/testing, and statistical documentation for regulatory submissions. Prepare and submit timely monitoring reports (daily to quarterly, DSMB, sponsor) and support abstract and manuscript preparation.
