Role & Responsibilities: Manage and maintain server infrastructure (HPE, Dell, Lenovo); Administer storage systems (SAN/NAS) and SAN switches; Handle server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V); Monitor performance, backups, recovery, and disaster recovery; Troubleshoot hardware, OS, storage, and infrastructure issues; Ensure security, patching, and system uptime. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills: Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience; 3-6 years' experience in data center or infrastructure operations; Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server & Linux; Experience with SAN, NAS, RAID, and storage administration; Exposure to virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V); Good troubleshooting and infrastructure support skills; Certifications; VMware, Microsoft, Red Hat, Cisco are an added advantage.
