We are looking for a motivated full-time Customer Success Specialist to deliver exceptional support to clients, address their concerns, and ensure satisfaction with our software and services. The role also involves client engagement and education. RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues. Collaborate with the support, sales, and product teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions. Own and manage customer relationships from onboarding through ongoing engagement. Create and update training materials and documentation for clients. Guide new clients through structured onboarding and ensure successful system adoption. Other duties as assigned.
