Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of approximately 1,000 clients (small businesses), finding the right balance between automation and personalized engagement based on individual needs; Facilitate the onboarding process for new Odoo customers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources; To be the main point of contact for our clients, providing them with advice and support to improve their experience throughout their projects; Collaborate with our sales team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base. Prerequisites: Bachelor's Degree; Perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written; Good and quick understanding of customer needs; Highly organized, capable of working independently and managing time effectively; Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure; Based in Nairobi, Kenya, or a member of the East African Community (EAC).
