Essential Requirements Education: A Bachelors degree in social sciences (e.g., Community Development, Social Work). Minimum Experience: At least three (5) years of experience in implementing USG-funded programs and economic strengthening. Experience in implementing USG approved economic strengthening model for youth (WINGS Plus) is an added advantage. Experience in implementing economic strengthening model with demonstrated graduation of participants is an added advantage. Required skills and experiences Competencies and Skills: Proficiency in English and Swahili (oral and written communication skills). High level of integrity and respect. Computer literacy in MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to cultivate constructive relationships. Demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge through formal and informal training. Strong interpersonal and public relation skills and ability to work with diverse backgrounds. Good presentation and writing skills. Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure. Strong coordination skills and team orientation. Good understanding of relevant county line ministries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal attributes.
