The County Project Lead(s) will provide strategic and operational leadership for the CASHA project at county level. The role is responsible for coordinating community mobilization, training delivery, stakeholder engagement, mentoring systems, market linkages, climate resilience interventions and reporting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include County-Level Project Leadership, Youth Mobilization & Selection, Training & Capacity Building, Enterprise Development & Market Linkages, Climate Resilience & Innovation, Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting, and Financial & Administrative Oversight.
