Qualifications, Experience and Skills: Master's degree in Paediatrics and Child Health (MMED) from a recognized Institution. Fellowship degree in a Paediatric field is an added advantage. Bachelor's degree in medicine and surgery (MBChB) from a recognized Institution. Licensed to practice currently as a paediatrician by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council. Minimum 10 years' clinical experience, including at least 5 years post-MMED and 2 years in senior leadership within a hospital or tertiary care setting. Demonstrated excellence in managing paediatric emergencies and leading multidisciplinary teams. Strong clinical governance, mentorship, communication, and leadership skills. High professional integrity, emotional intelligence, and commitment to continuous professional development.
