About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our on-site sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys high-volume outbound prospecting.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities

Perform high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)

Identify and qualify potential clients based on the ideal customer profile (ICP)

Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team

Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems

Handle objections and build rapport with prospects

Requirements

+2 years of experience in sales (SDR, BDR, call center, or similar roles)

Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales

Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar)

Advanced or fluent English (spoken and written)

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Ability to work on-site in Nairobi

Job Description
-
We are looking for a Sourcing Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sourcing team. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality lead generation, maintaining strong candidate pipelines, and driving consistent results for roles that require advanced sourcing support.

The Sourcing Team Lead will also serve as the main escalation point between sourcers and Talent Acquisition partners, while coaching and developing team performance.
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead daily sourcing team operations, ensuring targets, quality, and timelines are met
-
Assign and monitor daily and weekly goals for each sourcer
-
Align sourcing strategies with high-volume and high-priority roles
-
Analyze sourcing metrics (conversion rates, volume, time to submission, pipeline health) and report insights
-
Provide coaching on Boolean search, sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and ATS/CRM best practices
-
Act as the main escalation point, coordinating solutions with Talent Acquisition partners
-
Ensure compliance with SLAs and sourcing best practices
-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
Qualifications
Experience:
-
3–5 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment
-
OR 1–2 years of experience leading sourcing teams
-
U.S. recruitment experience is a plus
Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of talent mapping and advanced sourcing strategies
-
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM systems, and job boards
-
Advanced Boolean search skills
-
Ability to track and interpret sourcing metrics and KPIs
Soft Skills:

Strong communication and coaching abilities

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle escalations efficiently
