A leading agribusiness organization in Kenya is seeking a seasoned Commercial Manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen strategic accounts, and lead commercial performance across Asian-owned farms and regional trade partners. This role is ideal for a commercially strong leader with experience operating in Asian markets, managing complex B2B relationships, and balancing technical understanding with commercial execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute the overall commercial strategy to achieve revenue and margin targets; Manage and grow key strategic accounts, including Asian-owned agribusiness operations; Oversee pricing, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L performance; Drive market expansion and new business development opportunities; Lead, coach, and performance-manage the commercial and sales teams; Work closely with operations, supply chain, and finance to ensure commercial alignment. Requirements: 8+ years’ experience in commercial management, sales leadership, or business development; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Finance, or a related field; Strong background in agribusiness, agricultural inputs, B2B distribution, or FMCG; Proven experience working with Asian markets, Asian-owned enterprises, or cross-border trade environments; Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing margins and pricing; Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills; Experience working across multicultural and regional markets is a strong advantage.
