r will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and coordination of Career Development and Structured Student Mentorship programmes that promote holistic student growth, employability, leadership, and social responsibility. Duties and responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive Career Development, Mentorship, and Graduate Employability Strategy aligned with the Universitys strategic objectives. Establish and manage structured career programmes, including internships, industrial attachments, graduate placements, and experiential learning opportunities. Build and sustain strategic partnerships with industry, public and private sector stakeholders to enhance student opportunities and institutional visibility. Lead the design and delivery of career readiness, mentorship, and student development programmes that enhance employability, skills development, and student engagement. Oversee the Universitys work-study, international student support, and funding initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies. Develop and implement policies, frameworks, and operational guidelines for career services, mentorship, and student engagement programmes. Monitor programme performance, track graduate outcomes, and utilise data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
