Duties and responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive Career Development, Mentorship, and Graduate Employability Strategy aligned with the Universitys strategic objectives. Establish and manage structured career programmes, including internships, industrial attachments, graduate placements, and experiential learning opportunities. Build and sustain strategic partnerships with industry, public and private sector stakeholders to enhance student opportunities and institutional visibility.
