We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading dealer in motorbike spares and accessories, for an ambitious and highly motivated Sales Representative.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the company's market presence. This role is ideal for a confident and energetic sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell motorbike spares and accessories to customers and distributors
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Conduct market visits and customer follow-ups
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Prepare sales reports and provide market intelligence
Support collections and account follow-up activities
Enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in motorbike spares and accessories sales is mandatory
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-driven, confident, and results-oriented
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good understanding of the motorbike spares industry and market dynamics

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, coordinating workflow, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a confident leader who can effectively manage people, processes, and business performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily business operations
Lead and motivate staff to achieve operational targets
Monitor employee performance and productivity
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
Support stock management, inventory control, and replenishment processes
Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly
Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management
Ensure compliance with company procedures and internal controls
Support business growth initiatives and operational improvements
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field
Proven experience in a supervisory, team leader, or operations role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Experience in retail, FMCG, or motorbike spares industry is an added advantage
