The Capacity Building Specialist will provide strategic, analytical, and advisory support to the Ministry of Energy, Mining and Mineral Resources and other relevant institutions. Key functions include: Strategic and analytical support to review national frameworks and identify gaps; Support to alignment and approximation processes to improve legal/policy instruments; Capacity building and knowledge transfer through tailored training; Coordination and stakeholder engagement. Expected outputs include actionable recommendations, technical inputs, progress reports, meeting summaries, and capacity-building materials to strengthen legislative frameworks related to EU acquis, particularly on motor vehicles and ATEX equipment.
