Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English & Swahili; Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of internet troubleshooting; Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred but not required); Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude.
