The coaches are responsible for delivering technical entrepreneurship training using the WCW entrepreneurship curriculum. They also closely monitor and mentor micro-entrepreneurs to ensure effective implementation of the training received. In addition, they will track business sales, growth, and challenges, and provide necessary support through progressive business follow-up sessions. Key Duties: Mobilization and selection of the We Can Work project participants, Project Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation, Cross cutting. Competencies and Qualifications: Qualification: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business management, agribusiness or related discipline. Diploma or certifications in business studies (preferred). Background in agriculture or agribusiness (preferred). Experience: 2-5 years’ experience in Business development. 2-5 years’ experience as a trainer. Experience working with international NGOs or Economic Empowerment. Experience working with persons with disabilities or organizations of persons with disabilities (preferred). Practical knowledge of agrifood and market systems within the County, preferred.
