The role reports to the Head of Sales & Marketing and will be responsible for driving brand growth, market share, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic brand plans and manage allocated budgets; Drive brand availability, sales performance, and market share growth; Oversee brand advertising, promotions, PR, and media strategy; Conduct market research, analyze insights, and recommend corrective actions; Monitor competitor activities and manage brand positioning; Lead packaging updates, new product development, and brand extensions; Manage brand costs, profitability, and monthly expenditure reporting; Supervise trade activations, promotional materials, and external agencies. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM); Minimum 5 years' experience in Brand Management within the FMCG sector, with at least 2 years at management level.
