The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving B2B revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts, with a primary focus on ERP and software solutions. The role requires strong prospecting, solution selling, and relationship management capabilities, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive technology environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B sales opportunities across various industries. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of ERP and software solutions. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quotas. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business processes and challenges. Provide post-sales follow-up and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Market Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product development team. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion. Reporting & Internal Collaboration: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates. Work closely with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, lead generation, and promotional activities. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology solutions. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience selling ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions is highly preferred. Background in manufacturing or industrial solutions will be an added advantage.
