This is a full-stack QA role, combining hands-on manual testing, test automation, and proactive innovation, including experimenting with AI to improve testing workflows. You will work closely with a team of junior engineers and help drive the shift toward modern automation practices. Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end manual and automated testing across a complex travel booking product. Become a deep product expert, developing a thorough understanding of the platform's critical logic and user flows. Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual test cases and take initiative in building those automations. Write and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript. Test and validate APIs using tools such as Postman. Write and execute SQL queries to support data validation and backend testing. Participate in daily standups, clearly communicating progress, blockers, and testing status. Experiment with AI tools and implement new workflows to improve QA processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across the product lifecycle. Continuously stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in QA, and proactively identify ways to implement them across the team.
