We are seeking an Associate Consultant with strong experience in stakeholder engagement and human rights to support the development of guidance for conservation and place-based programs. This role is ideal for an experienced consultant who has worked directly with vulnerable groups and rights-holders and can translate policy and safeguards into clear, usable tools for practitioners. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical input on stakeholder engagement approaches; Advice on human rights–based and inclusive participation practices; Contribute to practical tools (guidance notes, checklists, templates); Support remote consultations with international teams; Review and refine draft guidance documents. We are looking for someone with Proven experience engaging: Indigenous Peoples; Local communities; Vulnerable or marginalized groups.
