The Assistant Manager - PMO is responsible for managing the successful delivery of short- and medium-term projects within the organization, ensuring that business requirements are met through adherence to approved scopes, schedules, and budgets. This role involves coordinating various project management functions including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and process improvement.
