Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and marketing expense controls. Execute said plan and meet sales goals. Set individual sales targets with the sales team. Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and provide ongoing training of the salespeople. Assist in recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Develop new avenues of marketing and lead generation. Equip the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Develop and cultivate long-term relationships with prospective consumers and other related industries to help strengthen partnerships. Leverage the existing network and expand the company’s product reach and repeat business through relationship building and exceptional customer experience. Collaborate with the team to properly coordinate project implementation, and customer service support interface, and proactively address problems/customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers. Strategic reporting on all sales activities including sales and prospecting activities, sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
